The non-execution or the execution in part on behalf of the Company of any right or disposition contained in these General Conditions will not constitute a renunciation of these rights, unless such renunciation is recognized and agreed to in writing by the Company.
The General Conditions and specific conditions will be regulated by the applicable Spanish legislation currently in effect. The parties will submit any interpretations or conflicts that may arise from the present Conditions to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
